Heritart was founded by InheritPaul (aka.Paul Lee), realising how the Web3 Art Industry is doing wrong and why such problems make the industry less attractive. He has experienced the traditional art market trying to enter Web3, formally as a scouted NFT Designer at Seoul Auction Blue (XXBlue), Korea’s biggest art auction company, and Head Designer of col:Haus, a Korean Artist’s media art studio.

enhancement, activation of healthy communities and utilized art tokens.HOW DOES THE HERITART UNIVERSE WORK?
The Heritart Universe is a World full of Art that contains the heritance and value of creative thoughts and
imagination. The Universe is composed of multiple Origins, artistic worlds built by each imaginative Creators inside Heritart. The Creators generate and distribute Fragments of Art based on their creative thought and ideas all over their Origin. Each Fragment has a rare trait and its own story.
Heritart was built by our Ancestors who sacrificed themselves, believing in the Creativity and Art. The Ancestors built Heritart to preserve the true value of Art and Creation and sealed the world away into the Dark away from our world. The remains of the sacrificed Ancestors remain as The Ancestors Souls in thin air.
To enter the World of Heritart, one must become a Heritor, an individual whom has proved oneself worthy to The Ancestor’s Soul. Heritors who open the Gates to Heritart can explore the Creators’ Origins, collect Fragments of Art, and build their own Dimensions, customizable and decorable Heritor’s Home.

WHY DO I NEED TO SIGN IN WITH GOOGLE?
We have decided to make the Google Account linking mandatory for a healthy and safe community, and to serve convenience to all Heritart Platform users.
The Platform contains massive amounts of contents, NFTs, benefits and events related to Art. This could cause an overflow of information to community members and provide space for Violation of Terms, Copyright Infringement, Fraudulent Transactions, and more. We are aware of Web3 members conservative of providing personal information, however, it is our belief that by collecting the least of personal information, room for such inconvenience and threat within the community can be demolished.

Given Rights related to Art in NFTs vary on which Token a Holder holds.
Heritart owns all rights, title, and interest in and to the Heritor, Dimension and Fragment Art, including any and all copyrights, trademarks, and other intellectual property rights therein (“IP”). However, IP rights of the Fragments Art is shared by Heritart and the Original Artist.
Holders may own a Heritor, Dimension or Fragment NFT, and hold the exclusive rights to hold, sell, transfer, and execute blockchain transaction. Holders are granted both non-commercial and full commercial license by Heritart to use certain of their Heritor or Dimension Art for as long as they hold a Heritor or Dimension NFT. However, only non-commercial license to use a certain of their Fragment Art is granted to Holders by Heritart trademarks, and other intellectual property rights therein (“IP”). Holders may own a Fragment NFT, and hold the exclusive rights to hold, sell, transfer, and execute blockchain transaction. Heritart and the Original Artist grant Holders non-commercial license only to use certain of their Fragment Art for as long as they hold a Fragment NFT.

All nets deployed by Heritart will be on the Ethereum chain.
10,000 Heritor’s Soul will be minted in Q4 2023 for the price of 0.125ETH. There will be Whitelist spots and a
certain number of reserved Heritors for the Team among the 10K supplies. Holders will be given a chance to prove themselves a worthy Heritor in the process of revealing their Heritor’s Soul.
All 10,000 Heritors will be able to mint their personal metaverse within Heritart, The Heritor’s Dimension, through a reserved spot a in 2024, and another 10,000 Dimensions will be available for the public.
There are no fixed price, mint dates and number of supplies for the Fragment NFTs, as every Artwork has different stories, features, utilities, contents and benefits.

LightHaus Marketplace is a marketplace that lightens the road to Web3.
Not everyone is familiar with the decentralized Web3 system, and many have vague fear over cryptocurrency, therefore hesitate to jump into the Web3 Art scene. Such barriers hinder market growth and infrastructure construction.
LightHaus binds a Token to a physical product through the power of AI, enabling people to purchase NFTs in form of physical products via cash or card. More details are to be released in 2024.

WHAT ARE NFTS & DIGITAL COLLECTIBLES?
Non-fungible tokens (NFTs) or Digital Collectibles are assets that have been tokenized via blockchain. They are assigned unique identification codes and metadata that distinguish them from other tokens. NFTs can be traded and exchanged for money, cryptocurrencies, or other NFTs—it all depends on the value the market and owners have placed on them. Every NFT contains a digital signature which makes each one unique. NFTs could be photos, videos, audio files, or another digital format. NFT examples include artwork, comic books, sports collectibles, trading cards, games and more.
HOW DO I BUY NFTS?
- Open a crypto exchange account
The first step is to open an account on a crypto platform or crypto exchange (e.g., Coinbase, Binance). A crypto exchange is an online platform where you can buy and sell different types of cryptocurrencies. To buy NFTs, you need to create an account with your chosen platform. Different platforms offer different services, so it’s worth researching them to find out which suits you best in terms of features, fees, and ongoing support.
- Open a crypto wallet
A crypto wallet (e.g., Metamask) stores the keys that grant access to your digital assets. Users are given a unique seed phrase – also called a recovery phrase – to access their wallet. It’s essential to keep your seed phrase safe – without it, you lose access to your wallet.
- Transfer Ethereum into a crypto wallet
Once you have selected an NFT exchange and bought ETH, you then need to transfer it to a wallet. This process will vary depending on the exchange through which you buy ETH, the wallet you use, and the marketplace on which you plan to trade NFTs.
- Buy NFTs
Once your wallet is connected and funded, you can start buying NFTs. When you buy an NFT, you gain ownership in the sense that it becomes your property. However, the NFT holder doesn’t have other rights to the work – such as the right to adapt or reproduce it – unless that is part of the direct agreement between the buyer and creator. Different marketplaces may place varying restrictions on the NFT you purchased.WHAT IS A WALLET & HOW DO I MAKE ONE?
A wallet is necessary to access cryptocurrencies such as Bitcoin, Ethereal, Solana, Polygon and more. A wallet does not store the actual amount of cryptocurrencies a user owns, but holds private keys and therefore allows users to access their holdings more conveniently. It is not a physical wallet. Wallets are used to store the private and public keys needed for all types of transactions. Different types of wallets for different user needs offer varying degrees of security. Instead, a wallet is more like a storage vault for your addresses, including your public and private keys. Furthermore, this vault is needed to gain access to your public address on the blockchain which actually contains your cryptocurrency holdings, like Bitcoin.
WHY SHOULD I BUY NFTS?
People buy and collect NFTs for many reasons. Some are interested in owning the Art and the Utility, while others may perceive value in the asset being tokenized into an NFTs.
SAFETY RECOMMENDATION
The page recommends all users to follow the safety protocol in order to prevent any losses, leak of personal information and damages made due to fradulent or accidental transactions, scams, personal mistakes of any sort, however, notifies that the protocols do not fully guarantee the safety of your information and assets. Neither heritart, totality or the artists and creators of heritart will be responsible for any sort of personal security breach or asset losses and all platform users are soley responsible personal safety issues.
BASIC SECURITY IN WEB
- Do not share your Wallet Seed Phrase at all circumstances.
- Do not connect your wallet or sign any messages from an unofficial website or platform.
- We do not personally contact you without advance notification through official channels.
- Only trust the official links that we provide via Platform and Discord .
- Do not trust random people whom you do not know that suggest Whitelists, Allowlists, Airdrops and Trades. It is most likely to be a scam.
- Contact the Heritart Support Team or #support_ticket Discord channel if you are not sure of what you are dealing with before making further interaction.WALLET SEED PHRASE (RECOVERY PHRASE)
Setting up a Web3 wallet (e.g., Metamask), you will be given a unique “Seed Phrase”. The Seed Phrase is basically a human-readable form of your wallet’s private key – a unique, secret passcode used to authenticate and encrypt your wallet access.
A Seed-Phrase is essential to access a specific wallet account. Losing or exposing your Seed Phrase may lose you all access to your wallet along with the assets in it, and such wallet and assets may not be recoverable forever. Therefore, we highly recommend you store your Seed-Phrase somewhere safe and memorable. However, storing your Seed-Phrase as any sort of digital form is not recommended.MANAGING YOUR WALLET
We recommend you create 4 wallets of different use to secure your assets.
- WARM WALLET : A warm wallet is your Main Wallet with frequently used assets in order to gain access to token-gated communities and platforms. It is recommended that you use sign only for wallet connection from official and authorized websites/platforms.
- COLD WALLET : A cold wallet is a Security Storage wallet with all your valuable NFT & cryptocurrencies that are not in use. This wallet is for storing your assets and for Personal Transactions (Sending & Receiving assets between my wallet) only. Never sign any website, community, or platform with your cold wallet.
- MINTING WALLET : A mint wallet is for minting NFTs & submitting for Whitelists / Allowlists. It is recommended you store cryptocurrency just enough for the mint or submission.
- TEST WALLET : A test wallet is an experimental wallets for testing unofficial and non-verified websites. It is recommended you keep cryptocurrencies worth less than 100 USD and use this for testing only.IS A HARDWARE WALLET SAFE?
A Hard Wallet (e.g., Ledger) is a physical storage device that stores private keys, tokens, or cryptocurrencies.
These devices may be flash drives or hard disk drives. Hard Wallets are usually more secure than soft wallets
because of its physical offline nature and portability. Even if you lose the physical hardware wallet, your wallet and assets can be restored online as long as you know your Seed-Phrase.
However, even with Hard Wallets, there is no 100% in security. You must always take precautions and remember your Seed-Phrase to gain access to your wallet.HAVE YOU ENCOUNTERED A SUSPICIOUS ACTION?
Please check for legitimacy of the suspicious action or link that you’ve encountered, via the official links in our official channels. If you think what you’ve encountered is potential danger, do not interact, just ignore and report it to the Heritart Support Team or the #report_scam Discord channel.
HAVE YOU RECEIVE A PERSONAL CONTACT FROM HERITART?
All official contact by the Team will be made through community channels in Discord or official Emails regarding of News & Events. Such contact will be made after notifying in advance through announcement channels in our Official Discord , Twitter , Instagram and Platform .
Neither will the Official Team nor the Artists & Creators personally DM you via Discord, Twitter, Instagram. Please note the followings :
- We do not personally send links that offer Airdrops, Whitelists and Allowlists.
- We also do not ask for your wallet Seed-Phrase in any circumstances.
- We do not personally contact you for your personal information.

We are sorry this happened to you. There is a high possibility that your asset may not be recoverable. What’s
important know is you keep the rest of your assets safe from the attacker. We recommend you follow the steps below to prevent further loss :
- Contact Opensea Help Center to notify them of your stolen assets. Opensea will officially block further transaction or sales of the asset on Opensea.
- Contact the Heritart Support Team to notify them of your stolen assets. The Support Team will investigate the assets and your account, helping prevent further loss of assets.
- We recommend you create a new wallet and send all your assets to the clean, new wallet from the previous one to make sure.
